Here Today we discuss about Meta Search Description in Blogger. It's very useful for non text blogs like videos, photo blogs. Its available in blogger from 2012 March, before it was not available in blogger, but it was available in Wordpress.
How to Enable the Search Description in Blogger
Adding Search Description / Meta Description is just simple. Follow the below screenshot.
For enable Meta Search Description in blogger follow the above screenshot explained below:
1. Go to Settings tab in blogger blog dash board
2. Click on Search Preferences in Settings
3. Click on Meta Tags Description Enable Search Description Yes
4. Write your blog search description in blank text area
5. After fill the text click Save changes
After enable the search description in settings it will be appear in blog posting. See screenshot below.
After enable the Search description in settings, when you are posting blog posts, you found the search description in blog posting side bard after permalink and location. Just click on search description and fill the post description in the text area and then click on done. Your blog post even no text and contains videos, photos also visible in search after description.

Is it beneficial to add post title in search description? Also would it work with multiple topics in search description, such as: book review, Harry Potter, wizard? And if so, do I need to separate with a comma?
